  Make sure to provide access via FTP and PHPmyadmin if Apache, PHP, Zend, and MySQL have been properly configured.
• Make sure to provide access via SSH if Apache, PHP, Zend, and MySQL require configuration. Also provide access to MySQL with rights to create databases and tables if database hasn't been created yet.
